The Box Container component is used to embed Content and Page Teaser Boxes that are used to promote content or pages. There are several teaser types and their scrolling behaviour can be defined.

Introduction

The Box Container component serves as a container to display page teaser, content teaser and exchange rates boxes. In its settings, it is possible to define the scrolling type, box type and the link style that are inherited to its added teaser boxes. It can basically be used on every page to teaser e.g. related pages or other useful information

CMS settings

In the Box Container edit dialogue, besides the common settins such as Theme or Spacing, global settings for the boxes that are added as sub-components can be defined. This means the settings for "box type" and "link style" will be reflected on all added teaser boxes.

In the tab General, the front end display related options can be set, such as the box or scrolling type.

Component group: Box container

Once a Box container component is added to a template, a new group Box container is available in the sidekick from which the different types of boxes can be added as sub-components via drag'n'drop.
