Dictionary Configuration Page template
set up a dictionary for placeholders used as Power Tags or in Branch Search
- add placeholder with simple formula
- use parent & local dictionaries

A Dictionary Configuration Page is used to set up placeholders that can be used as Power Tags or as translation values in various components. Each dictionary can also have a parent dictionary, where global translations can be added. Values of the Parent Dictionary are inherited, but they can locally be overwritten.
Introduction
The Dictionary Configuration Page template is for configurational purpose only and it has no front-end design. It is used to create translations for certain components (such as Branch Search) and especially to create placeholders that serve as Power Tags. These Power Tags (that have nothing to do with the common Tag feature) can be entered in any input field of a component and are then translated in the front-end to a defined value.

The Dictionary Configuration Page template is found and can only be created as child of the Configurations node (Configuration Page template) of a site.
For easier visibility and support, please name it Dictionary, Dictionaries or Dictionary Configuration.
In the template, for common use, there is only one component available: Dictionary. So for every topic (e.g. terms & conditions, master card gold, phone number etc.), a separate Dictionary shall be created.
tab: General
In the only tab of this component, a list of Key/ Translation pairs can be created. Each pair stands for a separate placeholder.
