GEM - the Group Experience Manager is a state of the art CMS, developed by Adobe and customized by the EMIL team of Erste Group IT to meet the needs of the Erste Groups web appearance. By now, it is used by hundreds of editors in multiple entities all around the Erste Groups core market countries. Every month, more sites are launched and the EMIL solution keeps growing to unite the Erste Group entities in their web presence.
These pages shall give an insight to GEM, an overview of all features and provide a detailed support for all GEM editors.
