The Hero Search component works like a Hero component, using large images as a background and placing content on top of it. But instead of having text content, the Hero Search has a search bar.

Introduction

The Hero Search component serves as an appealing way to present a search bar to the viewer, by selecting a large image to serve as a background. It can be used on a 404 Error page or on any regular pages.

There are also 3 similar components, called the Hero, the Hero Slider and the Super Hero.

In the General tab, the headline, title and result path for the search bar can be configured.

BB Codes  

Since there is no Rich Text Editor for writing the textual content of the Hero Search, it is helpful to use BB Codes for styling. You can insert a line break or simply make some text bold, italic or red.
